How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
What is your return policy?
We want you and your cat to love every purchase. If something isn't right, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. Refunds are provided only in the case of damaged or defective items and only with the return of the item. Digital purchases are non refundable except in rare cases.
Do you ship internationally?
